Hello! My name is Fright and my pronouns are they/them. I’m passionate about communication, accessibility, and inclusivity, which led me to the field of speech-language pathology! This profession allows me to spend my days working collaboratively with clients and their families to connect with others in meaningful ways.
I am located in Edmonton, Alberta, where I received my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta. I had some fantastic opportunities working with clients of various ages during my clinical placements, and I now spend the majority of my time working with toddlers and school-aged children. I’m especially passionate about working on social communication, executive functioning skills, language development, and the use of Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC).
I am a clinically certified member of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC), and am in good standing with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHHPBC) and the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists & Audiologists (ACSLPA).
In my spare time, I enjoy creating art, gardening, cooking, and learning new things!
