Due to high demand for therapy services, some programs currently have a waiting list. By submitting the application below, you can request to be added to the waiting list for Speech Therapy with a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) and/or Occupational Therapy (OT).
After your application is received, a member of our administrative team will review your submission and contact you to discuss approximate wait times, service availability, and current pricing. If you are only interested in an evaluation please note that on the waiting list form.

How the Waiting List Works:
1. Submit the Application
Complete the waiting list form with your contact information and details about the therapy services you are seeking.
2. Application Review
Our administrative staff will review your request and place your child on the appropriate waiting list.
3. We Contact You
A member of our team will reach out, usually within a week of receiving your application, to let you know estimated wait times, therapist availability, and current pricing.
4. Scheduling
When a spot becomes available that matches your child’s needs, we will contact you to discuss next steps for scheduling an intake or assessment.
